Loving my hip hop cardio class
So I've been taking my hip hop cardio class for the past 2 Sunday's now and loving every moment of it. The first week my body ached for 3 days but luckily the 2nd class it only ached for 1 day and felt all better for the rest of the week. I did some mini runs in my neighborhood in the past week. Hoping to do more once the weather becomes a bit better. I feel that I am slowly losing the weight since my pants & jeans are much loser now.

First time New Year's resolution
To help with my weight loss I've decided to do a blog vs. doing a written journal. This year is the 1st time I am making a New Year's resolution for myself which is to try to fit in a size 2 or 4 jeans by my 32nd birthday. So far I ran/walked 3 miles on 1/4/09. For this past week of 1/5 I have been eating a mini bagel with fat free cream cheese. I've had tangerines as a snack at work and along with 2-3 chocolate chip cookies. :( I'm trying to be good but I have a hard time saying no to sweets. For dinner we had home made chicken quesadilla's on Monday and on Tuesday & Wednesday I had the same food for breakfast and snack but with sausage,meatballs and rice for dinner.
On another note-Hayden started crawling at 9 months on 1/5/09. He is getting to be such a big boy and his big brother Kai is a great big brother and helper to me & Scott. He is very into reading all the Wimpy Kid's books which so far he has all 3 that are out right now.
